UiPath Platform

Hands\-on with Orchestrator: tenants, robots, processes, queues, assets, triggers, and job logs.

Experience with UiPath Insights — building custom dashboards, KPI tiles, and interpreting built\-in reports.

Understands attended vs. unattended robots, process metadata, and transaction lifecycle states.

BI \& Data Skills

2\+ years building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.

SQL proficiency for querying operational data sources.

Comfortable with REST APIs or data exports to pull platform data into reporting layers.

Business Alignment

Proven ability to translate technical metrics into value narratives for non\-technical audiences.

Experience building ROI or business value models (FTE savings, cost avoidance, SLA compliance).

Strong communication in English; confident presenting to executives and clients.

The analyst should be comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate US and EU time zones.

NICE TO HAVE

UiPath certifications.

Background in consumer finance, collections, legal services, or BPO.
