Automobile Technical Trainer

• *Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

· Conduct theoretical and practical technical training for automobile service technicians.

· Provide training on vehicle systems, engine components, transmission, electrical and electronic systems.

· Train technicians in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair methodologies.

· Conduct technical assessments and evaluate the competency of service technicians.

· Ensure technicians follow manufacturer guidelines, service procedures and workshop safety standards.

· Maintain training schedules, attendance records, assessment reports and employee training history.

· Stay updated on new vehicle models, automotive technologies and KIA technical developments.

· Coordinate with Service Managers and department heads to identify technical training requirements.

· Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

• *Educational Qualification:**

· Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

• *Experience:**

· 3–10 years of relevant experience in the automobile service or technical training field.

· Hands\-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.

· Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.

· Previous experience in technical training, technician development or workshop supervision will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
