Position: Field Sales Executive

Locations: Trichy, Erode, and Madurai

Experience: 1–5 years in field sales, preferably in automobile spare parts sales

Knowledge of automobile spare parts, billing, invoicing, and cash handling.

Basic understanding of accounting, cash reconciliation, and collection processes.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer collections.

Key Responsibilities: Visit retail spare parts shops, garages, workshops, and potential customers to promote and sell four wheeler spare parts. Identify new customers, generate sales leads, collect orders, and develop business opportunities within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct regular follow\-ups, and achieve monthly sales targets. Manage day\-to\-day billing, invoicing, cash collections, receipts, and daily cash transactions. Maintain accurate accounting records, reconcile cash, billing, and collection transactions, and ensure proper documentation of financial activities. Monitor outstanding payments, follow up for timely collections, and prepare basic MIS and accounting reports. Coordinate with outlet and finance teams for accounting and order processing, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and maintain reports on field visits, sales performance, and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
