This is a high\-visibility opportunity for an experienced AV/VC Operations Technician who excels in video conferencing, event coordination, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running successful events and possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities are divided into two primary areas: Event Coordination and Technical AV/VC Support.
QualificationsEssential Skills and Experience (Required)
+ Demonstrated success in event support or related experience
+ Excellent understanding of signal flow in both audio and video installations.
+ Must have excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Readiness to support users across multiple operating systems, including Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, and Linux.
+ Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and strong typing skills.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and autonomously.
+ Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.
