Cross\-Tower Technical Leadership

• Act as the senior technical authority across all Cloud Infrastructure Operations towers
• Provide support for complex, high\-severity incidents and problem management
• Identify systemic risks and drive remediation

Automation \& Engineering Excellence

• Lead delivery of automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
• Promote infrastructure as code, scripting, and engineering best practices
• Embed automation into BAU operations such as patching and remediation

Platform \& Operational Improvement

• Drive service resilience improvements and reduce MTTR
• Define and evolve operational standards and runbooks

Incident Support \& Troubleshooting

• Lead diagnostics for complex cross\-platform issues across Windows and Linux
• Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes

Collaboration \& Influence

• Act as a technical escalation point across teams
• Influence technical direction through expertise and credibility
