Zil Money is a US\-based fintech company developing cloud\-based financial technology and business payment solutions. Our platform helps businesses manage payments, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, digital checks, virtual cards, and payment automation.

We are looking for a skilled and security\-focused **AWS Cloud Engineer** to manage, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, manage, and maintain scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Monitor AWS environments to ensure system performance, availability, reliability, and security.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, access controls, IAM policies, and data protection measures.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, configuration, and routine operational tasks.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application deployment and updates.
• Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and other relevant services.
• Configure monitoring, logging, alerts, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, performance bottlenecks, and service disruptions.
• Optimize cloud resources for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Maintain technical documentation, infrastructure configurations, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with development and technical teams to improve deployment processes and cloud infrastructure.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum **1 year of hands\-on experience** working with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Valid AWS certification.
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture and cloud computing concepts.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Knowledge of Linux administration and basic networking concepts.
• Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of database management and cloud\-based application architecture.
• Experience working with production environments, especially in fintech or financial technology applications.

Work Location

This is an **in\-office position at our Manjeri, Kerala office**. Candidates must be willing to work from the office.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
