• Total 12\+ years in IT with 6\+ years in data architecture roles and at least 4\+ years hands\-on experience architecting solutions on AWS.

• Deep expertise in AWS data services: Redshift, Glue (Jobs, Crawlers, Workflows, Data Catalog), S3, Lambda, Athena, EMR, Kinesis, DynamoDB, RDS, Lake Formation, and Step Functions.

• Strong hands\-on skills in Python and PySpark for data engineering, transformation, and automation at scale.

• Advanced SQL skills with proven experience designing and optimizing Redshift data warehouses (distribution/sort keys, WLM, Spectrum, materialized views).

• Solid understanding of data modeling techniques (3NF, dimensional/star\-snowflake, Data Vault) for OLTP, OLAP, and lakehouse architectures.

• Experience designing batch, micro\-batch, and real\-time streaming pipelines using Kinesis, MSK (Kafka), or equivalent.

• Hands\-on experience with IaC frameworks such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK, and CI/CD tools (CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• Strong understanding of data security, encryption, IAM policies, VPC networking, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2\).

• Experience integrating AWS data platforms with BI (QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau) and ML platforms (SageMaker).

• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions, produce HLD/LLD artifacts, and present solutions to CXO\-level stakeholders.
