Job Title: AWS DevOps Trainer – AWS, CI/CD, Docker \& KubernetesJob Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled **AWS DevOps Trainer** to deliver high\-quality training to students, freshers, working professionals, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, containerization, and cloud deployment.

The trainer should be capable of explaining technical concepts through practical demonstrations, real\-time project scenarios, hands\-on labs, and industry\-oriented assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on AWS cloud services and DevOps fundamentals.
• Explain AWS architecture, IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, security groups, and cloud resource management.
• Train participants on Git, GitHub, branching strategies, version control, and collaborative development.
• Provide hands\-on training on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.
• Cover Docker, containerization, and application deployment.
• Train participants on Kubernetes and Amazon EKS for container orchestration.
• Explain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar tools.
• Demonstrate configuration management and automation using Ansible, where applicable.
• Cover scripting using Bash, Python, or shell scripting for DevOps automation.
• Train participants on Amazon CloudWatch, logging, monitoring, alerts, and troubleshooting.
• Explain deployment strategies, rollback mechanisms, and release automation.
• Introduce serverless deployment and AWS Lambda, where relevant.
• Cover security best practices, secrets management, IAM policies, and DevSecOps fundamentals.
• Demonstrate real\-time DevOps workflows, from source code management to production deployment.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and hands\-on lab exercises.
• Guide trainees through end\-to\-end projects, interview preparation, and troubleshooting scenarios.
• Keep the training curriculum aligned with current AWS services and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands\-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD implementation.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and pipeline automation.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Understanding of Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Knowledge of AWS networking, IAM, security, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with configuration management and deployment automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or DevOps Trainer.
• Experience working on real\-time AWS implementation, migration, and deployment projects.
• Knowledge of Amazon EKS, ECS, Helm, Ansible, and GitOps practices is an advantage.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, and cloud cost optimization.
• Relevant AWS certifications are an advantage.
• Experience delivering online training, classroom sessions, or corporate training.
• Ability to guide trainees through practical, end\-to\-end DevOps projects.
