Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and passionate **AWS / DevOps Trainers** to join our training team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in AWS Cloud and DevOps technologies, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, industry\-oriented training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals, helping them develop the technical skills required to succeed in IT careers.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor\-led training sessions on AWS Cloud and DevOps technologies.
• Develop and maintain course materials, presentations, assignments, and practical lab exercises.
• Provide hands\-on training with real\-time projects and industry\-based scenarios.
• Explain cloud computing concepts, architecture, deployment, and automation.
• Guide students through practical implementation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.
• Mentor students on interview preparation and career development.
• Keep training content updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• *AWS Cloud:**

• AWS EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Route 53
• ELB, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch
• AWS Lambda and CloudFormation
• AWS CLI and AWS architecture fundamentals

• *DevOps Tools:**

• Git and GitHub
• Jenkins / CI\-CD Pipelines
• Docker and Kubernetes
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Ansible
• Linux Administration and Shell Scripting
• Monitoring and deployment automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant technical or training experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of AWS and DevOps tools.
• Prior experience in delivering technical training is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or AWS Developer Associate.
• Experience working on real\-time cloud and DevOps projects.
• Knowledge of cloud migration, automation, and microservices.
• Experience preparing students for AWS / DevOps interviews.
