Job Title: AZ\-305 Azure Solutions Architect Trainer (Tamil Speaking Preferred)Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect (AZ\-305\) Trainer** to deliver comprehensive training for students and working professionals preparing for the Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in Microsoft Azure architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, networking, governance, and business continuity. The trainer should be able to explain complex technical concepts through practical demonstrations, real\-world scenarios, and hands\-on labs.

• *English\-speaking candidates are highly preferred** to facilitate effective communication and provide training in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training for the Microsoft AZ\-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certification.
• Explain Azure architecture design principles and cloud solution best practices.
• Cover identity, governance, and monitoring solutions in Azure.
• Train participants on designing data storage solutions and business continuity strategies.
• Explain Azure networking, compute, application architecture, and infrastructure design.
• Cover security, identity management, access control, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and scalability solutions.
• Provide practical demonstrations, hands\-on labs, and real\-world architecture scenarios.
• Help participants understand Azure Well\-Architected Framework principles.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, practice questions, and mock assessments.
• Guide candidates in certification preparation and clarify technical doubts.
• Keep training content aligned with the current AZ\-305 exam objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and solution architecture.
• Hands\-on experience designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions.
• Good understanding of Azure networking, compute, storage, identity, security, and governance.
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Experience with Azure architecture design and cloud migration scenarios.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is preferred.
• Prior experience as an Azure Solutions Architect, Cloud Architect, or Azure Trainer.
• Experience delivering AZ\-305 certification training.
• Real\-time project experience in Azure architecture, implementation, or migration.
• **Tamil\-speaking ability is strongly preferred.**
• Ability to deliver training in Tamil and English is an added advantage.
• Experience conducting online or classroom training for students and working professionals.
