Azure AI / ML Engineer — Mid-level or Senior

We are looking for a hands\-on Azure AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production\-grade AI systems on the Microsoft Azure stack. You will work directly with architects and stakeholders in the US time zone, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment. This is a deep technical role — we need someone who gets things shipped, not just scoped.

What you will work on

• Build and maintain LLM\-powered applications using Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Foundry
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases (Azure AI Search, Qdrant, Chroma, or equivalent)
• Develop and manage ML pipelines using Azure Machine Learning Studio
• Integrate AI workloads with Azure services — Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, AKS, Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse as required by project scope
• Build agentic workflows and multi\-step AI orchestration using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex
• Own MLOps practices — model versioning, CI/CD for AI, monitoring, and drift detection
• Collaborate closely with product and client teams on requirements and delivery timelines
• Document architectures, APIs, and integration patterns to production standards

Required skills and experience

• 3\+ years of hands\-on experience with Azure cloud services
• Working experience with Azure OpenAI Service or Azure AI Foundry
• Proficiency in Python (primary), with exposure to REST API design
• Experience building or consuming RAG pipelines and vector search
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Working knowledge of Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, or AKS
• Good written English for async collaboration with US teams

Pay: ₹150,000\.00 \- ₹240,000\.00 per month
