Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer (Japanese Bilingual – JLPT N3\+)

Shift: 8×5 JST (Japan Standard Time)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Azure Cloud Engineer (JLPT N3 or above) to support enterprise customers in Japan. The role involves Azure cloud engineering, L2/L3 operations, platform enhancement, and acting as the communication bridge between the India delivery team and Japanese stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot Azure services including AKS, App Gateway, Storage, Key Vault, WAF, Front Door, MySQL, APIM, and Networking.
• Perform monitoring, incident resolution, patching, backup \& restore, and change implementation.
• Support Azure platform enhancements, AKS upgrades, Docker/Kubernetes deployments, and automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate with Japanese customers in Japanese.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills

• JLPT N3 or above (Mandatory) with strong spoken and written Japanese.
• Professional English communication.
• 3\+ years of Azure Cloud Operations/Engineering experience.
• Hands\-on experience with Azure services, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), monitoring, backup/restore, and ITIL\-based incident management.
• Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Skills

• Azure Certifications (AZ\-104/AZ\-305\), CKA.
• Experience with Japanese customers.
• Knowledge of Terraform/Bicep, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Pay: ₹1,400,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
