Job Summary

Srish Technologies is looking for an experienced and passionate **Azure Data Engineering Trainer** to deliver high\-quality training in Microsoft Azure Data Engineering technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience in data engineering, cloud\-based data solutions, ETL/ELT pipelines, and real\-time industry projects.

The candidate must be capable of explaining complex technical concepts, designing practical training sessions, and preparing learners for industry requirements and relevant Microsoft Azure certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor\-led training on Azure Data Engineering concepts and tools.
• Train students and professionals on Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2\).
• Teach SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark SQL, and data transformation techniques.
• Explain ETL/ELT pipelines, data ingestion, data integration, and workflow orchestration.
• Provide hands\-on labs, assignments, case studies, and real\-time industry projects.
• Demonstrate batch and streaming data processing concepts.
• Teach data modeling, data warehousing, performance optimization, and data pipeline troubleshooting.
• Cover Azure security, access management, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and project documentation.
• Mentor learners and help them prepare for technical interviews and relevant Azure certifications.
• Keep training content updated with current industry practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8\+ years of overall IT experience, preferably with substantial hands\-on Azure Data Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Synapse Analytics or equivalent Azure analytics services.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Apache Spark.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and distributed data processing.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and pipeline deployment practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to deliver practical, project\-oriented training for beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure Data Engineering certification, such as DP\-203, or relevant equivalent expertise.
• Experience working on enterprise\-level data engineering projects.
• Previous experience as a corporate trainer, technical instructor, or mentor.
• Ability to explain real\-world use cases and industry best practices.
