• 12\+ years of overall IT experience, with 5\+ years in AI/ML, data science, or solution architecture.

• Proven, hands\-on experience designing and deploying solutions using:

o Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio

o LLM Orchestration (LangChain, Semantic Kernel)

o Python, PySpark

o Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search, Milvus)

• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, **RAG patterns,** prompt engineering, and fine\-tuning techniques.

• **Demonstrable experience in designing data governance and data strategy** alongside AI/ML solutions (e.g., leveraging Azure Data Lake, **Microsoft Fabric**).

• Deep knowledge of cloud\-native architecture, RBAC, **VNet/network security,** and performance/cost tuning on Azure.

• Experience with data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and MLOps on Azure (Azure ML, Azure DevOps).

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD for AI workloads.
