We are seeking a highly experienced)and passionate **Senior AI Trainer (M. Tech or B. Tech)** to lead our Artificial Intelligence training initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned academician—preferably a retired professor—with deep expertise in modern AI technologies and a strong background in teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and deliver advanced training sessions in Artificial Intelligence and related domains
• Design, develop, and continuously update AI course curriculum aligned with industry trends
• Create high\-quality training materials, including presentations, assignments, and hands\-on projects
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of AI trainers and instructors
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer through innovative teaching methodologies
• Collaborate with academic institutions to implement AI programs
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, including Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve delivery strategies

• *Required Qualifications**

• Minimum **15 years of teaching/training experience** in Engineering Colleges or reputed academic institutions
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields
• Proven expertise in modern AI technologies such as:
• Machine Learning
• Deep Learning
• Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, etc.)
• Prior experience in curriculum design and academic program development
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
