B-Tech. with experience 4 years (Inprocess and Customer Quality)

1\. Product Testing \& Certification Compliance

• Execute and manage testing of low\-voltage (LV) panel configurations as per safety standards.
• Conduct comprehensive routine, type, and design verification testing on smart switchgear panels.
• Manage In process insp., red bin analysis, Customer complaint.

2\. Digital \& Smart System Verification (Interactive Domain)

• Validate communication setups including Modbus, Ethernet, and cloud\-gateway routing embedded inside smart components.
• Verify integration of micro\-processor\-based trip units, smart meters, web servers, and automated Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs).
• Ensure firmware versions across intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) are uniform and up to date.

3\. QMS \& Process Auditing

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) according to benchmarks.
• Audit component supplier networks and panel\-building workflows to identify structural non\-conformities.
• Lead cross\-functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) operations using 8D methodologies, Fishbone, and 5\-Why analysis to address production defects.
• Prepare Monthly MIS
• 4\. Supplier and Customer Liaison
• Manage first article inspections (FAI) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for key smart components.
• Act as the technical point\-of\-contact during external customer inspections or final system factory acceptance tests (FAT)
