As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Business Development team and are looking for highly motivated professionals to join us as **B2B Cold Calling Executives**.
Position Overview
We are looking for experienced B2B Cold Calling Executives with a strong background in outbound lead generation and appointment setting.
In this role, you will proactively engage with C\-Level executives and senior decision\-makers, introduce Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions, identify potential business opportunities, qualify prospects using the **BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)** methodology, and schedule meetings for our ERP Sales Consultants.
This is a KPI\-driven role ideal for professionals who enjoy engaging with business leaders, building relationships, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct targeted outbound cold calls to companies within assigned industries.
· Engage with senior decision\-makers, including
o CEO
o Managing Director
o CFO
o COO
o CIO
o CTO
o Finance Director
o IT Director
o Operations Director
o General Manager
· Introduce Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions and Nija Technologies’ consulting services.
· Understand business challenges and identify ERP implementation opportunities.
· Qualify prospects using the **BANT framework** (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
· Generate high\-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
· Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the ERP Sales team.
· Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities within the CRM.
· Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn where appropriate.
· Accurately update CRM records after every customer interaction.
· Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to maximize lead conversion.
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related field (preferred).
· 1–3 years of experience in B2B Cold Calling, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation.
· Proven experience generating qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
· Confidence in speaking with senior business executives.
· Ability to handle objections professionally and effectively.
· Self\-motivated, disciplined, and target\-oriented.
· Comfortable working in a performance\-driven sales environment.
· Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
