Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Salesforce B2B Commerce Solution Architect** with strong hands\-on expertise in designing and implementing scalable, enterprise\-grade B2B Commerce solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture, data models, customization, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Exposure to Salesforce Order Management (OMS) and end\-to\-end order lifecycle processes is highly desirable.

The candidate will be responsible for owning solution architecture, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver robust commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, end\-to\-end Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions.
• Lead solution design, implementation, customization, and technical delivery.
• Design and implement B2B commerce capabilities, including:
• Product and catalog management
• Account\-specific catalogs and pricing
• Product search and discovery
• Cart and checkout
• Promotions and pricing rules
• Buyer and account management
• Order placement and order history
• Define Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and integration strategies.
• Architect integrations with ERP/SAP, OMS, PIM, inventory management systems, payment gateways, and middleware platforms.
• Work closely with development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and platform extensibility.
• Review technical designs, conduct code and architecture reviews, and provide technical direction.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and production defects.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture best practices, security standards, performance, and maintainability.

Mandatory Skills

• 10\+ years of overall IT/Salesforce experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end\-to\-end B2B Commerce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and data modelling.
• Experience with product catalogs, pricing, buyer accounts, cart, checkout, and orders.
• Hands\-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong enterprise integration experience with ERP/SAP, OMS, PIM, inventory, payment gateways, or middleware.
• Ability to independently own solution architecture and guide technical teams.

Salesforce OMS Exposure

Candidates should understand order management concepts, including

• End\-to\-end order lifecycle and orchestration
• Inventory availability and allocation
• Order fulfillment and split/partial fulfillment
• Order cancellations
• Returns and refunds
• Integration between B2B Commerce and OMS

• *Note:** Deep hands\-on Salesforce OMS architecture is not mandatory. Strong Salesforce B2B Commerce architecture experience and a solid understanding of OMS concepts are the primary requirements.
