Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target\-oriented Business Development Manager to generate student leads, develop institutional partnerships, and support admission growth through field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit coaching centres, teachers, schools, and colleges to build business relationships.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and canopy promotional activities.
• Generate student leads and maintain an updated database.
• Follow up with prospective students and coordinate with the admissions team.
• Establish institutional tie\-ups and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Submit daily activity reports and maintain proper records.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in field sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
• Ability to travel for fieldwork and meet targets.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluency in Bengali and Hindi preferred.

Salary Structure

• Monthly salary: ₹30,000
• Travel allowance: ₹100 per field working day
• Admission incentive: ₹3,000 per eligible admission, as per company policy.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
