• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Reach out to prospective business clients through outbound calls to promote VsnapU's professional photography and videography solutions and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand business requirements and recommend the most suitable photography and videography packages.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales conversations and consistent follow\-ups.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with business clients.
• Explain service offerings, pricing, packages, and promotional campaigns to prospective clients.
• Prepare and share quotations while assisting clients throughout the sales process.
• Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain accurate client records and update lead status in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client onboarding.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.

• *Requirements**

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English \& Hindi.
• Prior experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Tele Sales, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship\-building, and closing skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and provide consultative sales solutions.
• Target\-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
