B2B Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and communicative Sales Coordinator to support our B2B sales team. You will handle sales tracking and reporting, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and keep daily sales operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team, clients and internal departments (accounts, dispatch, operations) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain and update the **sales record tracker** daily, covering leads, quotations, orders, follow\-ups and payments.
• Prepare regular sales reports, MIS and performance summaries using **MS Excel**, including **pivot tables**.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents for B2B clients.
• Follow up with clients by phone and email to support lead conversion and customer retention.
• Maintain accurate customer databases and keep records up to date.
• Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, client visits and follow\-ups.
• Monitor sales targets and flag pending deals, delays or payment follow\-ups to management.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
• **Prior experience in B2B sales or sales coordination is required.**
• **Strong written and verbal communication skills** (Hindi and English).
• **Good command of MS Excel**: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, formulas and data formatting.
• Experience maintaining sales trackers and preparing sales reports.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and email communication.
• Good organizational, time management and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, work in a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of invoicing and order\-management processes.
