• *BA with Process Consultant – AI \& Automation (Medical Affairs / Pharma) Fully**

Experience We are seeking a Process Consultant – AI \& Automation with strong Pharmaceutical/Medical Affairs domain experience to identify and drive AI\-powered process improvement initiatives.

• *Please Note: This is a functional/process consulting role, not a hands\-on technical development position. Candidates must have strong business engagement and pharmaceutical industry experience.**

• *Key Requirements**: 3–5 years of experience in Process Consulting, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement. Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, preferably within Medical Affairs. Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with business and IT teams. Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and BPMN using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or Figma. Understanding of AI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, and Generative AI use cases. Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• *Preferred**: Exposure to UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Celonis, or Power BI. Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Pay: ₹763,378\.56 \- ₹2,006,965\.80 per year
