Date live: 06/02/2026 Business Area: Research Central Area of Expertise: Research Contract: Permanent Reference Code: JR\-0000114825 As a Research Analyst, member of the Research Operations team, the candidate will provide operational support for maintaining contact data in CRM system. **Key Accountabilities** * Act as a single point of contact for maintaining contact related data in CRM. * Ensure contacts are maintained under the correct client billing centres (perform email matches, remove, remap or update contacts which do not belong to that client, etc.). * Ensure that only a single contact record exists in CRM for each client contact.
