The Back Office Assistant is responsible for accurately processing courier bookings, preparing shipment documentation, coordinating with branch operations, and ensuring timely and error\-free data entry into the courier management system. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Book domestic consignments in the company system.
- Verify shipment details, including sender and receiver information, weight, dimensions, and service type.
- Generate consignment notes, invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
- Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and pickup teams for timely shipment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Perform daily reconciliation of booked consignments and cash/credit transactions, where applicable.
- Escalate discrepancies or operational issues to the Branch Manager.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (Plus Two) / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or office administration preferred.
- Freshers with computer knowledge.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of courier and logistics operations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: ₹7,500\.00 per month
