1\. \*Role\*: Handle daily back office operations and support front desk/sales teams.
2\. \*Data Entry\*: Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM and update MIS reports daily.
3\. \*Documentation\*: Prepare invoices, purchase orders, client files, and track paperwork.
4\. \*Coordination\*: Act as a bridge between operations, sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
5\. \*Customer Support\*: Respond to emails, calls, and client queries professionally.
6\. \*Scheduling\*: Manage appointments, meetings, and coordinate with vendors.
7\. \*Compliance\*: Ensure all files and processes follow company SOPs and audit requirements.
8\. \*Problem Solving\*: Resolve internal issues and escalate when needed to managers.
9\. \*Reporting\*: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on targets, tasks, and performance.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
