Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily back\-office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update customer, sales, purchase, and inventory records.
Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
Perform data entry with accuracy and maintain digital records.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain filing systems and company documentation.
Assist in order processing, dispatch coordination, and follow\-ups.
Support management with day\-to\-day operational activities.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed and data entry accuracy.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP software is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualification
Education: Any Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply)

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
