Inside Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results\-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will communicate with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online channels to identify opportunities and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Generate and nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present products or services to prospective clients and explain their benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular contact with prospects.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele\-sales, business development, or customer acquisition (entry\-level candidates may also be considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
