Job Description
We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle order follow\-ups and customer communication from our office system. This is a fully office\-based job with only system work (no field work).
Responsibilities
\- Follow up on order status and update customers
\- Track pending orders and coordinate with branches until delivery
\- Reply to customer messages on our business WhatsApp (API\-connected system)
\- Maintain order records in the system
Requirements
\- Any degree
\- Good communication in Telugu and English
\- Basic computer and typing skills; WhatsApp/CRM experience is a plus
\- Freshers can apply
LOCATION : RAJAHMUNDRY
Pay: ₹13,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
