Job Overview

We are hiring Back Office Executives for an insurance operations process associated with HDFC ERGO General Insurance. Candidates should have prior insurance experience, good knowledge of MS Excel, and a basic understanding of insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day insurance back\-office operations.
• Verify and process insurance\-related documents and records.
• Update customer and policy information accurately.
• Use MS Excel for data entry, record management, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC pass or Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in any insurance process.
• Experience in life, health, or motor insurance is acceptable.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Average communication skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products, documentation, and processes is essential.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary \& Benefits

• Annual CTC ranging from ₹3 LPA to ₹5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
