Purpose

To support sales, dispatch, accounts, and customer service operations by ensuring accurate data management and smooth office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and prepare invoices.
• Coordinate with dispatch and logistics teams.
• Maintain customer and dealer records.
• Support the sales team with reports and data.
• Follow up on pending orders and payments.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain office documents and records.
