Back Office Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Back office Executive to support the sales team in a backend sales working. The role involves coordinating between clients, \& sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Area

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders from enquiry to dispatch
• Prepare quotations, challans, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation
• Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments
• Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
• Handle customer queries related to pricing, delivery status, and product details
• Assist in sales planning and forecasting activities
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination task
