About the Role

Vibrant Bearings \& Industrial Products is looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Back Office Executive** to support **lead generation, customer engagement, quotation preparation, and sales coordination**. The ideal candidate will identify prospective clients, qualify leads, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow\-up and order processing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through digital sales channels.
• Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements and share relevant product information.
• Prepare accurate quotations and commercial proposals based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow\-up on leads and enquiries.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Update customer records, lead status, and sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support timely order processing and customer service.
• Track lead progress and ensure closure of assigned follow\-ups.
• Meet monthly lead management, sales coordination, and customer engagement targets.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Business Development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
