Backend Developer

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented **Backend Developer** with strong experience in JavaScript, Node.js/Express.js, Java, modern databases, caching systems, and containerization. The candidate should have a good understanding of microservices architecture and be capable of building scalable, high\-performance backend systems.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain backend systems using **Node.js/Express.js** and **Java**.
• Design and implement **RESTful APIs** and microservices.
• Work with **MongoDB** and **PostgreSQL** for database design, indexing, optimization, and query performance.
• Implement caching, session management, and queues using **Redis**.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments using **Docker**.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (frontend, product, operations) to deliver high\-quality features.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain consistent coding standards.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3\+ years of experience in same field.
• Should be well\-versed with knowledge of Javascript, Nodejs/Expressjs, Java, MongoDB/postgresql, Redis, Docker, basic understanding of microservices architecture
