• *About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated Backend Developer with strong Python expertise and hands\-on DevOps experience to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend services that power our SaaS products and enterprise integrations.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Python\-based backend development, API design, databases, containerization, and cloud deployments. Experience with Go (Golang) is a strong advantage, as some of our upcoming services will be developed in Go.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and REST APIs using Python.
• Build secure, high\-performance, and maintainable microservices.
• Develop integrations with third\-party platforms, ERPs, and external APIs.
• Optimize database queries and application performance.
• Design database schemas and ensure data integrity.
• Write clean, modular, and well\-tested code.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments.
• Monitor production environments, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high\-quality software.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Assist in infrastructure automation and deployment processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–3 years of backend development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
