Backend Developer - Freshers & Experienced

As our team continues to expand, we're looking for developers who genuinely love solving problems, learning new technologies, and writing clean, logical code.

Laravel experience is preferred, but **a strong programming mindset is more important than knowing a specific framework.**

What We're Looking For

• Strong logical thinking and problem\-solving skills.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Laravel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Laravel, NodeJs, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or any modern web technology is a plus.
• Passion for learning and continuously improving.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into quality code.
• Someone who enjoys building software—not just completing tasks.

Compensation

• *Freshers**

• **₹8,000 – ₹12,000** per month during the first 6 months (training/probation).
• Based on performance, salary will be revised to **₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month** after successful completion of the initial period.

• *Experienced Developers**

• Salary is **open for discussion** based on your experience, technical skills, and project portfolio.

Location

• *Work From Office – Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh**

We are primarily looking for candidates from **Bareilly and nearby locations**.

If you currently live elsewhere, you should be willing to **relocate to Bareilly**.
