Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable, secure, and high\-performance backend applications and APIs.

You will be responsible for developing RESTful APIs, implementing business logic, working with databases, integrating third\-party services, and ensuring the reliability and performance of backend systems.

Responsibilities

\* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and REST APIs.

\* Develop secure authentication and authorization systems.

\* Work with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

\* Integrate third\-party APIs and services.

\* Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

\* Debug and troubleshoot backend issues.

\* Optimize API performance and database queries.

\* Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other team members.

\* Test APIs using tools such as Postman.

\* Deploy and maintain backend applications on cloud/server environments.

\* Follow best practices for security, performance, and code quality.

Required Skills

\* Strong knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.

\* Good understanding of JavaScript.

\* Experience with REST API development.

\* Good knowledge of MongoDB or other databases.

\* Understanding of JWT authentication and authorization.

\* Familiarity with Git and GitHub.

\* Basic understanding of deployment and server environments.

\* Good problem\-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

\* Experience with React/MERN Stack.

\* Knowledge of Redis and caching.

\* Experience with Firebase/FCM.

\* Experience with Socket.IO/WebSockets.

\* Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment.

\* Experience integrating payment gateways such as Razorpay/Stripe.
