Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Backend Developer Intern to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of backend technologies and be eager to learn, develop scalable applications, and work on real\-time projects.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend applications.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Debug and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members.
• Optimize application performance and security.
• Participate in code reviews and development discussions.
• Learn and implement industry best practices.
• Assist in developing scalable backend solutions.
• Maintain project documentation and technical reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of any one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Go, Rust, .NET (C\#), or C\+\+.
• Basic understanding of Object\-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Basic understanding of RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Basic knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB is an added advantage).
• Understanding of Git \& GitHub.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.
• Basic understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
• Passion for backend development.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or any relevant degree.
