Job Description: Backend Development Executive (Java)About the Role

We are looking for a passionate **Backend Development Executive** with **1–2 years of experience** to build scalable backend systems, develop secure REST APIs, manage databases, and integrate modern AI capabilities into applications. You'll work closely with frontend and mobile teams to deliver high\-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using **Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate**.
• Design and maintain **RESTful APIs** for web and mobile applications.
• Integrate AI APIs such as **OpenAI, Gemini, or Anthropic** into backend services.
• Manage and optimize **MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB** databases.
• Debug, optimize, and ensure application security and performance.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in **Java Backend Development**.
• Strong knowledge of **Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Git**.
• Experience with **MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB**.
• Basic exposure to **AI/LLM API integration** is preferred.
• Good problem\-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of **Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure**.
• Familiarity with **Redis, Kafka**, or **Vector Databases** is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹14,000\.00 per month
