Backend Developer (Python, GenAI )

• *Role \& Responsibilities**

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Build and deploy modern web applications that are performant, modular, and secure.
• Implement API authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, or session\-based approaches.
• Work with frontend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth end\-to\-end flows.
• Follow CI/CD and Git\-based deployment workflows using tools like GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, or Docker.

GenAI Application Development

• Build intelligent applications using LangGraph and LangChain for orchestrating LLM workflows
• Integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace, or custom LLMs into production workflows.
• Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone, PGVector etc

Database and Backend Integration

• Work with relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Write efficient and scalable queries for large\-scale datasets.
• Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus.

• *Ideal Candidate**

• Strong Python Backend Engineer Profile with hands\-on GenAI capabilities
• Mandatory (Experience 1\) – Must have 3\+ years of experience in application development using Python (Django) with atleast 6 months of hands on experience building GenAI applications in production
• Mandatory (Tech skill 1\) – Must have strong proficiency in Python with a backend framework (Django, Flask or FastAPI) and developing/consuming RESTful APIs.
• Mandatory (Tech skill 2\) – Must have hands\-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI GPT\-4, Claude, Llama or similar) into production and orchestrating LLM workflows (LangGraph, LangChain)
• Mandatory (Tech skill 3\) – Must have experience building RAG pipelines using vector databases such as Pinecone or PGVector.
• Mandatory (Tech skill 4\) – Must have experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient, scalable queries.
• Mandatory (Tech skill 5\) – Must have a good understanding of software design principles, code modularity and version control (Git).
• Mandatory (Education) – Must have a full\-time B.E./B.Tech degree, with a minimum of 60% throughout (10th, 12th and B.E./B.Tech). Only B.E./B.Tech is considered; however, the 60% benchmark can be relaxed for candidates with strong technical skills (Kindly mention in resume)
• Mandatory (Communication) – Must have good communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Mandatory (Company): IT services/IT consulting
• Mandatory (Stability)) – Must have a stable career history, with a consistent tenure across previous companies; frequent job\-hopping will not be considered.
• Preferred (Cloud) – Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Preferred (DevOps) – Familiarity with CI/CD and Git\-based deployment workflows (GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Docker).
• Preferred (API Security) – Familiarity with implementing API authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth2, JWT, or session\-based approaches.

Pay: ₹337,749\.91 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
