We are looking for a Backend Engineer who brings strong backend fundamentals along with hands\-on experience building agentic systems, automation pipelines, and developer tools. This role goes beyond traditional backend work — you will design and build intelligent agents, automate workflows, develop automation pipelines for the products, and create tools that multiply the productivity of the engineering team. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to ship automation\-first features and infrastructure.
As we scale our engineering efforts, we are shifting toward agent\-powered development and intelligent automation. Rather than a traditional backfill, we are hiring someone who can combine solid backend engineering with deep expertise in agentic systems and tooling (e.g., Claude tool\-use, MCP, LangChain agents, CLI tooling) to drive a new generation of internal and customer\-facing automation
