We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Backend Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team. The role involves coordinating with Area Sales Managers (ASMs), maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and internal departments.
- Coordinate with ASMs regarding orders, dispatches, stock availability, and sales\-related activities.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up with internal departments for order status, dispatches, and customer requirements.
- Handle documentation, data entry, and record management.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth sales operations.
- Support the sales team with presentations, reports, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Backend Operations, MIS, or a similar role.
- Experience in the Apparel, Fashion, FMCG, or Retail industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
