Manual2AI builds software for businesses: web applications, dashboards, internal tools, client systems, reporting workflows, automations, data tools, and integrations.

We are looking for a backend specialist who can own the data and systems layer with care.

• *Role Overview**

This role owns backend systems, data flows, APIs, and integrations.

You will work on database design, backend APIs, import/export workflows, external integrations, automation jobs, data correctness, migration scripts, and debugging. You should be comfortable working with business\-critical data and making sure systems behave correctly.

This is not a frontend role. This is not a UI role. This is for someone who enjoys backend engineering, SQL, APIs, integrations, and reliable systems.

• *Responsibilities**

· Build and maintain backend APIs.

· Design and update database schemas.

· Write SQL queries, migrations, and data scripts.

· Work with Supabase/Postgres or similar database platforms.

· Build import and export workflows.

· Build integrations with external systems and APIs.

· Handle webhooks, retries, idempotency, rate limits, and error handling.

· Build background jobs and automation workflows.

· Debug issues where data, numbers, or workflow state do not match.

· Add audit logs, traceability, and verification steps where needed.

· Write scripts for data cleanup, migration, validation, or reconciliation.

· Test backend behavior before handoff.

· Write short technical notes, runbooks, and verification steps.

• *Required Skills**

· Strong backend engineering experience.

· Strong SQL/Postgres skills.

· Good TypeScript/Node.js experience.

· Experience designing APIs and data flows.

· Experience working with third\-party APIs or integrations.

· Understanding of webhooks, retries, idempotency, validation, and error handling.

· Ability to debug data issues through logs, API behavior, and database state.

· Careful approach to database changes and production\-like data.

· Ability to write scripts for migration, cleanup, verification, or reporting.

· Clear written communication around risks, assumptions, and tradeoffs.

• *Good To Have**

· Experience with Supabase.

· Experience with background jobs or scheduled tasks.

· Experience with import/export workflows.

· Experience with business software, reporting, operations, finance, inventory, CRM, or workflow systems.

· Experience with audit logs, approval workflows, or data reconciliation.

· Experience creating internal tools or admin systems.

· Basic frontend understanding for API handoff and debugging.

· You do not like writing scripts, tests, or verification steps.

· You need every backend detail specified before starting.

Salary: Negotiable

Location: Dwarka Delhi

Timing: Mon\-Saturday: 9:30am\-6:30pm

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
