We seek an experienced fundraising professional capable of arranging capital for **new businesses, startups, pre\-revenue companies, early\-stage ventures and large\-scale projects without depending exclusively on historical turnover or existing profitability.**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• *1\. Pre\-Revenue \& Startup Fundraising**

Identify, approach and secure potential investors for startup ventures, companies without operating revenue, and new business models using financial projections, commercial feasibility, intellectual property, strategic assets and future growth potential.

• *2\. Institutional Capital Arrangement**

Develop direct funding relationships with

• Venture Capital Funds and Private Equity Firms
• Family Offices and High\-Net\-Worth Investors
• Sovereign and Institutional Investment Funds
• Investment Banks and Private Credit Providers
• Strategic Corporate Investors
• Development Finance Institutions and Government\-Backed Funding Programs

• *3\. Project Finance \& Capital Structuring**

Structure funding proposals ranging from USD 4 million to USD 50 million through equity investment, convertible instruments, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and legally compliant debt or asset\-backed financing.

• *4\. Investor Readiness \& Valuation**

Prepare investment strategies, business valuations, financial models, capital deployment plans, investor presentations, risk assessments and projected return scenarios for businesses at the pre\-revenue or development stage.

• *5\. BLACKBULL Project Fundraising**

Lead investor identification, negotiations and capital arrangement efforts for BLACKBULL Group's India–UAE legal technology, investment, mortgage finance, banking and financial infrastructure projects.

• *6\. Deal Execution \& Investment Closing**

Manage investor due diligence, term\-sheet negotiations, investment documentation, financial commitments, regulatory coordination and transaction closing in collaboration with BLACKBULL's legal and management teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate fundraising or project finance.
• Proven track record in raising capital for **pre\-revenue, pre\-profit, early\-stage or newly incorporated companies**.
• Demonstrated ability to mobilize investors without relying solely on conventional revenue\-based bank lending.
• Established relationships with family offices, institutional investors, private capital funds and strategic investment groups.
• Strong understanding of startup valuation, equity dilution, financial projections, project feasibility and investor risk management.
• Experience with cross\-border investment structures involving India, UAE or GCC markets.
• Ability to present verifiable previous fundraising transactions and investment closures.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are particularly interested in professionals who have successfully arranged financing for companies **with zero revenue, limited operating history, early\-stage development or no established banking credit profile**.

Candidates must understand how to secure capital against business potential, intellectual property, investment opportunities, management capabilities, strategic assets, projected cash flows and commercially viable expansion plans.

• *This position requires practical fundraising execution, not simply advisory services or preparation of investment documents.**

PARTNERSHIP \& COMPENSATION

This is primarily an **equity\-based strategic partnership opportunity**, not a conventional fixed\-salary employment position.

Equity participation, transaction\-based incentives and any executive remuneration will depend on demonstrated expertise, agreed responsibilities, measurable fundraising contributions and successful capital deployment.

All arrangements will be subject to written agreements, applicable laws and regulatory compliance.
