Barista/Customer Service Representative

• *Barista\-Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Café\- Brotein Bistro**

• *Location:** Brotein Bistro\- KP, Pune

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Greet customers and take orders politely
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service
• Manage billing and basic cash/card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness at the counter and seating area

Barista Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso\-based beverages, teas, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages according to Brotein Bistro recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station at all times.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and related supplies, and report stock requirements.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards while preparing beverages.

• *Requirements:**

• Good communication skills
• Customer\-friendly attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred
• Café or restaurant experience is a plus

• *Job Type:** Full\-time / Part\-time.
