Qualification: BBA / MBA / B.Tech
Experience: 0–2 years in sales, counseling, or customer engagement
- *Key Skills**
Excellent communication skills (Hindi \& English)
Sales \& persuasion abilities
Lead handling \& follow\-ups
Career counseling mindset
CRM usage \& MS Excel basics
Target\-oriented approach
- *Key Responsibilities**
Counsel students on IT certification programs
Convert inquiries into admissions
Manage leads via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
Meet daily/weekly sales targets
Build strong candidate relationships
Job Types: Full\-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
