BDE (Business Development Executive) Girl

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales activities through telephone calls, email communication, customer relationship management, and regular follow\-ups to generate business and close orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Send professional emails, quotations, product details, and price lists to customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, pending orders, and order confirmations.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements, pricing, and order status.
• Maintain daily call reports, customer databases, and follow\-up records.
• Track pending orders and regularly communicate with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams regarding order processing and payment follow\-ups, wherever required.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow\-up, and sales targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports for management.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to convince customers and follow up professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any stream. Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce will be preferred.

Salary

As per experience, skills, and company policy.

Pay: ₹11,000\.00 \- ₹21,000\.00 per month
