Job Description

Letin Academy is looking for a proactive and target\-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Letin Academy's academic programmes through field marketing, institutional visits and student admission generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, schools and other educational institutions to promote Letin Academy's courses and programmes.
• Conduct field marketing activities and generate genuine student enquiries.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with college and school management.
• Identify potential business opportunities and establish institutional partnerships.
• Counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Promote Letin Academy through institutional visits, networking and other marketing activities.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
• Submit regular reports on field activities and admission progress.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Education Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, networking and presentation abilities.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into admissions.
• Willingness to travel for college and school visits.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented and capable of working independently.

Work Structure

• **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• **Office Reporting:** Once a week.
• **Field Work:** Remaining working days will involve on\-site visits to colleges, schools and other educational institutions.
• The role requires regular field visits and direct engagement with prospective students and institutional representatives.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who can independently handle field marketing activities, expand Letin Academy's institutional network and drive student admissions through effective business development strategies.
