We are hiring a **Business Development Executive** with **6 month\+ of experience in web and mobile application software sales**. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals for custom web and app development projects.

• *Responsibilities**

• Generate and convert leads for **web and mobile app development services**
• Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain sales records and pipeline in CRM tools

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• **3\+ years of experience in IT sales (Web \& Mobile App Development)**
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B sales and working with international clients
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
