We are looking for a proactive, self\-driven and target\-oriented Business Development Executive to research and identify potential clients through online tools, databases, and social media platforms and generate qualified leads and convert them into successful business opportunities. Example: Generate leads through platforms such as **Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn and other online channels**.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience identifying relevant projects, preparing persuasive and customized proposals, communicating with domestic and international clients, conducting regular follow\-ups and managing the complete sales cycle \- from lead generation and requirement discovery to negotiation, deal closure, customer onboarding and payment realization.

The candidate will be responsible for generating business for our **AI solutions, software development, full\-stack development, web and mobile applications, automation, cloud solutions, dedicated developer hiring and technology staffing services**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue relevant business opportunities on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour and other online marketplaces.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, online directories, social media platforms, referrals and other digital channels.
  • Handle inbound leads received through websites, marketing campaigns and assigned sources.
  • Research suitable projects based on the company’s technical capabilities, target industries, project budgets and service offerings.
  • Prepare personalized, persuasive and technically relevant proposals for each opportunity.
  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr and other online bidding platforms.
  • Understand client requirements, business objectives, pain points, timelines and budgets.
  • Qualify leads before involving technical, project management or delivery teams.
  • Communicate confidently with prospects through chat, email, telephone and video meetings.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, technical discussions, demonstrations and solution presentations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to prepare project estimates, quotations, proposals and solution documents.
  • Conduct regular follow\-ups and maintain professional relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
  • Take complete ownership of qualified leads until successful closure, customer onboarding and initial payment realization.
  • Maintain accurate records of bids, leads, client conversations, follow\-ups and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to project execution.
  • Develop long\-term relationships with existing clients and identify repeat business, upselling and cross\-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends and frequently requested technologies or services.
  • Achieve monthly targets for proposals, qualified leads, meetings, conversions and revenue.
  • Maximize successful conversions to earn performance\-based incentives on every eligible converted lead or project.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in IT business development, online bidding, lead generation, inside sales, B2B sales or software services sales.
  • Hands\-on experience generating leads and business through Upwork, Fiverr or similar online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of the complete bidding process, including opportunity identification, proposal submission, follow\-up, negotiation and deal closure.
  • Excellent written English with the ability to prepare customized, professional and convincing proposals.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
  • Experience communicating with domestic and international clients.
  • Ability to understand software development, AI, automation, web, mobile, cloud and full\-stack development requirements.
  • Proven ability to qualify leads and convert business opportunities into revenue.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage leads, follow\-ups and sales pipelines.
  • Strong research, prospecting, follow\-up and closing capabilities.
  • Target\-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to occasionally adjust working hours for international client meetings.
