About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing stock market and financial services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, opening Demat \& Trading Accounts, and promoting investment products. This role offers excellent earning potential through performance\-based incentives and career growth opportunities in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for Demat \& Trading Account openings.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, meetings, referrals, social media, and field visits.
• Explain stock market investment opportunities and account opening procedures.
• Assist clients with KYC documentation and onboarding processes.
• Promote financial products including Equity Trading, IPOs, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and other investment solutions.
• Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely account activation.
• Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Prior experience in Banking, Insurance, Finance, Mutual Funds, or Sales will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Basic understanding of stock markets and financial products preferred.
• Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and willing to learn.
